摘要: 为更好地了解玄武岩纤维的性能及其应用领域,对前人的研究进行了较为系统的归纳总结。介绍了玄武岩纤维的主要化学成分及发展过程,阐述玄武岩纤维的特性和应用领域。玄武岩纤维不仅有较高的拉伸强度和模量,还有更好的耐化学性能和宽泛的工作温度范围,是天然、环保、无毒的新材料。玄武岩纤维可以广泛应用于复合材料、绝缘材料和摩擦材料。通过分析,提出了进一步扩大玄武岩纤维应用领域的设想,玄武岩纤维作为21世纪的新纤维,将在许多领域扮演重要的角色。

Abstract: In order to better grasp the properties and application fields of basalt fibres, this paper makes a systematic summary on previous studies. It introduces its main chemical compositions and the development process, with focuses on the characteristics and applications. Basalt fibres is characterized by high tensile strength, high modulus, chemical resistance, and broad working temperature range. It is natural, environment friendly, and non-toxic material. Basalt fibres can be widely applied in such materials as composite, insulation and friction. Based on the analysis of earlier research, it puts forward the idea to further expand its application and predicts that as the 21st century new fibre, basalt fibre will play an important role in many fields.
