一种竹节纱生产的网络监控系统

摘要: 为方便竹节纱的生产管理,在现有的竹节纱生产装置单机控制的基础上,利用计算机技术、串口通信技术等,设计出一种竹节纱生产的网络监控系统。将竹节纱生产装置用RS-422网络连接起来,用一台主控计算机进行监控,可以查看车间内各台机器的生产工艺参数,控制多台细纱机纺同一品种的竹节纱或根据需要纺不同品种的竹节纱,并可对生产工艺参数进行实时修改。简介了系统设计思路和系统硬件组成结构及其软件设计使用的技术,并对如何采集数据及实现通信进行了分析。

Abstract: To make the production and management of slubby yarn more convenient,based on the current single control unit,a network monitoring system for slubby yarn production is designed by making use of computer technology and serial linking communication technique in which the slubby yarn production machine is connected with a network RS-422 and a host computer is used to supervise and control the production process.The computer can simultaneously control multiple spinning frames,and the production process parameters can be seen on the screen and modified at real-time according to the actual needs for different varieties.The paper introduces the design concept of the system,adoption of technology,data collection,execution of communication along with the hardware components and software design.
