摘要: 采用美国劳森公司的CTT(constant tension transport)纱线综合质量评价系统,模拟纱线在织造过程中的运行状态来评价纱线的磨损性能。通过数学处理的方法得出纱线磨损随导纱速度的增加以幂函数和对数函数的形式减小,随初加张力增加以指数函数的形式增加。提出增加导纱速度,减小初加张力是减少纱线与纱线、纱线与机件之间磨损的有效措施。其研究结论对织造加工,尤其是针织品织造加工具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: This article simulates the really running process of yarns during weaving by adopting CTT(constant tension transport) system to evaluate abrasion of yarns.Through mathematical method,it concludes that increasing guide speed and decreasing pre-tension are the effective measures to reduce the yarn-yarn and yarn-machine frictions.It is found that the yarns abrasion decreases by power and logarithm as the guide speed increases,while increases by index as the pre-tension increases.This conclusion has certain significance as guidance for weaving, especially for knitting.
