Model of color difference-absorbance in dyeing process

摘要: 为了实现间歇式染色色差的在线测量,在对试验数据进行分析的基础上,首先采用最小二乘回归法对试验数据进行拟合,建立染料用量与上染率、染料用量与色差模型。其次,基于染料上染率与吸光度已有的函数作为转换媒介,建立吸光度与染料用量模型、吸光度与色差模型。最终通过对染液吸光度的测定实现染料上染率及色差的预测,并通过实验说明该方法是切实可行的。

Abstract: For the purpose of testing color difference online in batch dyeing process,this paper first use least-square law to build up a model of concentration-uptake rate and a model of concentration-color difference based on experimental data.And then the model of absorbance-concentration and the model of absorbance-color difference are built by using a known function of uptake rate-absorbance as a medium.In this way,the color-difference can be forecasted by testing dyeing absorbance.The feasibility and validity of this new algorithm have been verified by real examples.
