DCCA处理对兔毛纤维性能的影响

摘要: 摘要:为了克服兔毛纤维表面光滑、摩擦系数小而导致纤维之间抱合力小,可纺性差的缺点,用Na2CO3对兔毛预处理后,再使用DCCA氯化剂氧化处理工艺,使纤维之间获得一定的抱合力。本文通过分析DCCA的含量对纤维断裂强力、摩擦系数及表面形态的影响,确定在25℃;处理时间为30min;浴比为1:25;DCCA(o.w.f)为1.5%时,可以使兔毛纤维的强度变化在尽可能小的情况下,纤维表面形态结构发生改变,从而提高了其表面摩擦系数,增加了纤维之间的抱合力,提高了纤维的可纺性。

Abstract: Abstract: Rabbit hair fiber is characterized by smooth fiber surface,low coefficient of friction. To overcome these phenomena,the rabbit hair was first treated with Na2CO3 ,followed by DCCA treatment. The effect of DCCA content on the fiber strength and the coefficient of surface friction was analyzed. and a suitable process of DCCA treatment was determined,25℃;30min;liquor ratio1:25;DCCA(o.w.f)1.5%, which changed the morphological structure of the fiber surface with the least possible variation in strength. Thus,the fiber surface friction coefficient,inter—fiber cohesion,and spinnability were enhanced.
