摘要: 为研究玻纤/涤纶混杂纤维复合材料中涤纶含量对复合材料低速冲击性能的影响,设计了7种混杂纱线,并在改进后的普通织机上织造,同时采用真空辅助成型工艺制成混杂纤维复合材料板材。探讨了多种纤维混杂后纤维体积含量的计算方法,对混杂纤维增强复合材料冲击后断裂情况及能量吸收性能进行研究。结果表明,混入涤纶后复合材料会产生明显的混杂效应,经预测当涤纶含量约为55.69%时,复合材料能量吸收性能最好,在节省成本的情况下达到了最优。

Abstract: In order to obtain the relationship between content of polyester and low-velocity impact performance of HFRP,seven mixed yarns were designed with different contents of polyester and were woven successfully on the modified conventional loom,the HFRP plates were manufactured by the technology of vacuum assistant molding.A calculation formula for fiber volume fraction of hybrid fibers was deduced,the impact damage and the impact energy absorbency of the composites were observed and analyzed.The result indicates that the composites mixed with polyester fibers have a significant hybrid effect.Through prodiction,the absorbed energy will be the highest when the content of the polyester fiber is about 55.69%.In this way,the best energy absorbency of the composite can be gained with the lowest cost.
