织物表面能计算公式的局限性

摘要: 织物表面能的计算公式Owens二液法、Owens三液法、Neumann法、Forkes法和VanOss法在国际上被广泛使用,但研究发现,它们都存在一定的局限性。这5种表面能计算方法均可用于表面能大于20mJm2的情况,但对于表面能小于20mJm2的表面,最好选用Neumann法计算。

Abstract: Computation formulas for fabric surface energy,such as Owens with 2 liquids and with 3 liquids,Neumann,Forkes and Van Oss methods,were used widely in the world.However,it is found by the research that they all have some limitations in practical use.When the fabric surface energy is more than 20 mJ/m2,all the 5 formulas are applicable,but if the surface energy is less than 20 mJ/m2,it is better to choose Neumann formula for computation.
