紫外光接枝丙烯酸亚麻织物的服用性能

The wearability of linen fabric via UV-induced photografting of acrylic acid

摘要: 本文采用紫外光接枝丙烯酸对亚麻织物进行改性,研究了紫外光接枝丙烯酸亚麻织物的服用性能。结果表明,紫外光接枝丙烯酸亚麻织物的上染率和染色深度有明显提高,拉伸性能提高,硬挺度增大,透气性降低。接枝率增加,上染率和ΔE逐渐增加,接枝率8%左右时,可获得良好的染色效果。接枝率增加,硬挺度增大,透气性降低。

Abstract: The linen fabric was modified via UV photografting of acrylic acid. The wearability of photografted linen fabric was studied. The results showed large improvement on dye uptake and color depth, enhancement on tensile properties and stiffness, decrease in air permeability. With the grafting ratio increasing, the dyeuptake, color difference and stiffness increased,but the air permeability decreased. At the grafting ratio of 8%, good dyeing effect could be achieved.
