棉纤维的非反应型改性及其在天然染料染色中的应用

Non-reactive modification of cotton and the application in the dyeing with natural dyes

摘要: 针对天然染料在棉织物上染色存在上染率低和色牢度差的问题,研究了阳离子表面活性剂对棉织物的非反应型改性技术。探讨了改性剂种类、改性剂浓度、改性温度、改性pH值及时间对改性棉织物染色K/S值的影响;分析测试了改性前后棉织物的物理机械性能及染色织物的匀染性和色牢度。结果表明:棉织物经改性后仍保持其良好的白度、强力和吸湿性能,染色棉织物的K/S值有较大提高,且具有较好的匀染性和染色牢度。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low dye-uptake and poor color fastness of natural dyes on cotton fabrics, the technology of non-reactive modification on cotton with cationic surfactants was studied. The effect of modifier type, modifier concentration, treating temperature, treating pH value and duration of treatment on the dyeing K/S value was researched; the physical mechanical properties of cotton pre and post modifying , level dyeing property and color fastness was also analysis. The results demonstrate that the cationized cotton fabrics still remain its excellent whiteness、strength and hygroscopicity; the dyed cotton with natural dyes have considerable improvement in K/S value,and better level dyeing property, as well as color fastness.
