基于FLUENT的辅喷嘴气流流场数值模拟

摘要: 利用Fluent对4种不同孔型的辅助喷嘴进行了模拟求解,得出了湍流状态下辅助喷嘴管内流体的速度场,从微观上分析了辅助喷嘴内部的气体流动情况。对比分析了喷孔形状对辅助喷嘴喷出气流效果的影响。数值计算结果表明,在相同供气压力下四种孔型的辅助喷嘴气流射出能力依次为:7圆孔型>矩形孔型>双圆孔型>单圆孔型。与实验结果进行比较发现,数值模拟具有很高的可靠性。

Abstract: Simulation solutions to assistant nozzle with four orifice-form was done based on Fluent.The flow field velocity in the state of turbulence were obtained, and the inside flow field of assistant nozzle is microcosmically described.Influence of the orifice-form to the ejecting flow field was analyzed.According to the result of numerical calculation,supplied with the same air-pressure,the ejecting capacity of four orifice-form assistant nozzle took turns:7 circular orifice > rectangular orifice > circular twin-orifice > single circular orifice.Compared with the experiment result,it was proven that the numerical simulation has a high reliability.
