牛奶蛋白改性纤维的吸湿性能

摘要: 通过在标准大气条件下的试验,测定不同蛋白质量分数的牛奶蛋白纤维在吸放湿过程中的质量变化,分析其吸放湿性能,并且建立吸放湿曲线和吸放湿平衡过程中回潮率对时间的回归方程及吸、放湿速率方程。结果表明,不同牛奶蛋白含量的纤维达到吸放湿平衡的时间及曲线基本相似,纤维中牛奶蛋白含量越高,其吸湿性能就越好,并且牛奶蛋白纤维达到吸湿平衡需要的时间要小于达到放湿平衡所需要的时间。

Abstract: The weight of casein protein fibers with different protein contents during moisture absorption & moisture evaporation was measured under standard atmosphere conditions.After analyzing its moisture absorption & moisture evaporation properties,plotted the relative curve,and made the regression equation of the moisture regain to time and the regress equation of the rate of moisture absorption & moisture evaporation.The results indicated that the time needed for reaching balance of moisture absorption & moisture evaporation is similar to the data shown in the curve.Higher the protein content in casein protein fiber,better the moisture absorption of the fiber.The time needed for reaching the balance of moisture absorption of casein protein fiber is shorter than that of moisture evaporation.
