涤纶纺织品的低温等离子体温敏改性

摘要: 低温等离子体引发涤纶织物接枝聚合N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)温敏凝胶,以制备具有温敏效应的热智能型涤纶纺织品。红外光谱显示NIPAAm被引入涤纶织物表面;织物水通时间测试结果表明经接枝聚合后的涤纶织物具有明显的温敏性能;探讨了改性后织物增重率和“开关效应”的关系,织物增重率为20.1%时,“开关效应”最佳。

Abstract: Temperature-sensitive textiles were prepared by plasma-induced graft polymerization of poly (N-isopropyl acrylamide) (PNIPAAm) hydrogel on PET fabrics. FT-IR shows the monomers were introduced onto the surfaces of the fabrics. The water permeability of the grafted PET fabrics showed a sharp change around the LCST. The relationship between the weight gain rates and the “switching effect” was investigated. When the weight gain rates is 20.1%, the best “switching effect” can be obtained.
