磁性壳聚糖复合纳米材料的制备

Preparation of chitosan nanometer magnetic materials

摘要: 采用静电纺丝技术制备了壳聚糖复合纳米纤维膜,利用纳米纤维大的表面能,通过表面吸附纳米Fe3O4微粒的方法制得了磁性壳聚糖复合纳米材料,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、磁性测试等一系列方法对磁性壳聚糖复合纳米材料进行了分析与表征。结果表明:采用表面吸附法制备出了具有良好形貌的磁性壳聚糖复合纳米材料,复合纳米材料呈现出超顺磁性的特征,其饱和磁化强度可达15.4emu/g。

Abstract: Chiton composite nanofiber membranes were made with electrospinning instrument, the great surface energy of the nanofibres could be used to adsorb Fe3O4 nanoparticle so that the nanometer magnetic composite materials were prepared. The chitosan nanometer magnetic materials were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and magnetic testing, The resuit shows that the good Chiton composite nanofiber membranes was prepared,the magnetic testing showed the nanometer magnetic composite materials preserved propertises of the chitosan composite nanofiber membranes and had the surplus paramagnetic characteristics, their saturation magnetization could be 15.4 emu/g.
