脂肪酶处理对涤纶织物亲水性能的改善

The improvement of wettability of PET fabrics treated by lipase

摘要: 本论文研究了脂肪酶处理工艺参数对涤纶亲水性能的影响。利用涤纶面料的毛细效应表征其亲水性能。扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,脂肪酶对涤纶纤维表面分子进行了降解,涤纶表面变得比较粗糙。水接触角从未处理时的121.5°降到处理后的59°,涤纶面料的亲水性的到显著改善。随着处理浓度和时间的增加,涤纶面料的芯吸高度增加。涤纶面料的芯吸高度随着处理液pH值和处理温度的增加先升高后降低。较佳的处理液pH值和处理温度分别为7和40℃。实验结果表明,脂肪酶作为一种清洁能源对涤纶面料亲水性的改善是可行的。

Abstract: The effect of process parameters of lipase on wettability of PET fabrics was studied in this paper. And the wettability of PET fabrics was characterized with capillary effect. SEM test indicated that the degradation of macromolecules in PET surface have occurred after lipase treatment, and the surface of PET fibers become rougher. Water contact angle from 121.5°of the control decreased to 59°of treated samples, which indicated the wettability of PET fabrics was significant improved. As increase of the concentration of lipase and treatment time, the capillary height of PET fabrics increased. And the capillary height increased first, then decreased with the increase of pH value and treatment temperature. The optimized pH value and treatment temperature were 7 and 40℃, respectively. The results showed that it was feasible for lipase to improve the wettability of PET fabrics.
