聚乳酸纱线色牢度测试及其染色工艺

Dyeing Research and Analysis of Fastness of PLA Yarn

摘要: 在不同实验条件下,采用17种不同结构的分散染料对聚乳酸纱线染色。结果表明,分散红玉R167、分散橙O30、分散蓝284可作为聚乳酸染色中的三原色染料。分析17种染料结构发现,单偶氮且具有醋酸酯基的分散染料对聚乳酸纤维有较高的上染率。对染色工艺进行优化研究表明:当pH=4~5,温度11O℃,保温时间30~40 min染色条件下,聚乳酸纱线能获得高质量的染色效果,还原清洗条件中净洗剂FB的加入能提高染色纱线的耐汗渍色牢度及耐洗色牢度1~1.5级。

Abstract: Abstract: This paper discussed the dyeing of PLA yarn using seventeen kind of disperse dyes with various structure under different experimental conditions. The results showed that Disperse Rubine R167, Disperse Orange 030, Disperse Blue 284 could be as tricolor dye in PLA dyeing. According to the analysis to these dyeing structures in this paper, it could be found that the PLA yarn would get higher dye uptake though using the monoazo disperse dye with acetate group. After optimizing the dyeing process, the PLA yarn could obtain high quality dyeing effect when the condition were controlled with PH value 4~5, temperature 110℃ for 30~40min. The color fastness to perspiration and washing of dyed yarn could be raised 1~1.5 grade when detergent FB was included into reduction clearing conditions.
