基于柔性多体系统的经编机梳栉摆动机构动力学分析

摘要: 梳栉摆动机构作为经编机的主要关键机构之一,直接影响了经编机的高速运行性能。本文仿真分析了梳栉转轴在低速运行时约束反力的变化情况,并借助ADAMS以及Nastran分析软件建立了经编机梳栉传动机构的柔性多体动力学模型,分析了经编机高速运行时的动态响应,得出了在高速运行时梳栉允许横移时间角改变的程度;在不同转速下导纱针针尖位置的偏差程度和变化趋势;梳栉传动机构振动的变化趋势及其原因。

Abstract: As one of the key mechanisms, guide bar driving mechanism directly impact the running performance of warp knitting machine on high-speed. The paper analyzes the changing situation of constraining force of the guide bar rotating shaft on low-speed, and establishes the flexible multi-body dynamic model of guide bar driving mechanism of warp knitting machine in virtue of the analysis software of ADAMS and Nastran, reaching conclusion that the changing level of allowed shogging angle of guide bar on high-speed; the deviation level and changing tendency of Guide needle pinpoint position on each different speed; the changing tendency and the reasons of vibration situation of guide bar driving mechanism.
