竹炭纤维滤嘴对香烟主流烟气中醛类物质的过滤效果

Aldehydes filtering effect of tips of lit cigarettes made of bamboo charcoal fibers

摘要: 利用竹炭纤维制备香烟滤嘴,模拟吸烟并收集主流烟气,测定其中醛类物质的含量,并用丙酮萃取出滤嘴吸附截留的总粒相物中醛类物质的含量。研究结果表明:竹炭纤维可以明显降低香烟主流烟气中醛类物质的含量,对主流烟气中的总粒相物也有很好的吸附效果,而且随着滤嘴中竹炭纤维重量比例的增大,主流烟气中醛类物质的质量逐渐减少,而过滤嘴丙酮浸出液中的醛类物质质量逐渐增多。竹炭纤维滤嘴香烟主流烟气中醛类物质质量比原醋酯纤维滤嘴降低51.82%。

Abstract: Cigarette filter tip is made from bamboo charcoal fiber. Then simulate smoking and determine the content of aldehydes in mainstream smoke. We use acetone to extract the content of aldehydes in the total particulate matter adsorbed by filter tip. Results suggest that bamboo charcoal fiber can significantly reduce the content of aldehydes and the total particulate matter in mainstream smoke. As of bamboo charcoal fiber ratio in the filter tips increasing, the content of aldehydes gradually reduces and the content of aldehydes in acetone leaching solution gradually increases. The content of aldehydes in mainstream smoke adsorbed by charcoal fiber filters is 51.82% lower than adsorbed by acetate fiber filters.
