基于废弃聚酯的环氧树脂固化剂制备工艺

Preparation of epoxy resin curing agent using waste PET

摘要: 采用丙三醇醇解聚废弃聚酯纤维(PET),然后利用醇解产物与一乙醇胺的反应,制备新型环氧树脂固化剂;探讨了反应原料的配比、催化剂的用量和反应温度等反应条件对反应产物的影响,并确定最优工艺条件;在此基础上,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了产物结构,利用热重分析(TGA)对固化剂热稳定性进行研究。实验表明,利用聚酯醇解产物制备环氧树脂固化剂的最优工艺条件为:醇解产物与一乙醇胺物质的量比为1:1.2,与催化剂物质的量比为0.01:1,反应温度150℃。

Abstract: In this paper, the degradation product of the waste polyester (PET) was used to prepare the curing agent of crosslink resin. The ratio of the degradation product and monoethanolamine, the catalyst content and the reaction temperature were studied to get the optimized reaction conditions to prepare the curing agent. Also, the structure of the curing agent was characterized by using the infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), and the thermal stability was illustrated by using thermal gravity analysis (TGA). It was shown that the proper ratio of the degradation product to monoethanolamine should be 1:1.2,and to catalyst is 0.01:1, the reaction temperature should be controlled under 150℃.
