摘要: 通过分析表征纺织品在各光谱波段的光学性能、紫外线防护系数、衰减系数等性能指标参数,构建以PCI 9812/10数据采集卡为硬件平台,以Microsoft Access为数据库,基于VC++6.0的纺织品透射性能检测系统。该系统全面表征纺织品对不同光谱波段(紫外光/可见光/近红外光)作用下的光学性能,并参照国家纺织品防紫外线评定标准,可用于评价织物的防紫外线特性,为纺织品设计者和使用者提供了技术参考。

Abstract: After analyzing the index parameters of the optical properties of textile,including the spectrum band eigenvalues,ultraviolet protection factor,and attenuation coefficient,a textile transmission properties detecting system is designed based on VC++ 6.0 by using PCI9812/10 data acquisition card as hardware platform and Microsoft Access as database.This system characterizes in an all-round way the optical properties of textile under different spectrum bands including ultraviolet light,visual light and infrared light.It realizes to evaluate protecting ultraviolet characteristic of textile according to the national evaluation criterion for solar ultraviolet radiation protective properties of textiles.This system provides technological reference for the textile designers and users.
