聚合物光纤织物的特性及其应用

Properties and applications of polymer optical fiber fabric

摘要: 本文介绍了聚合物光纤的结构和特性,简述了由其织制而成的聚合物光纤织物的存在形式及特点。系统介绍了聚合物光纤织物在发光纺织品、柔性显示器以及传感器方面的研究进展。从中可以看出:聚合物光纤织物具有柔韧性好、重量轻、服用性能优良、使用持久安全、易与光源连接及可发散光和传输光的特点,其产品在服用、装饰、医疗、安全警示及智能控制等领域具有广泛的应用空间,并且随着新型聚合物光纤的开发及织造技术的不断提高,聚合物光纤织物将向着产品多元化和易织造的方向发展。

Abstract: This paper introduces the structure and and properties of optical fibers, then discribes the differences in textile techniques of optical fiber fabric and their features, discusses systematically the research progress of the application of optical fiber fabric in light emitting fabric, flexible optical fiber display and optical fiber sensors. It can be seen that the optical fiber fabrics are flexible, lightweight, durable, safe, easy connected with light source and it also can diffuse and transfer the light. So it has a wide range of application in garment, decoration, medical treatment, safety warning and intelligent control. With the developing of the new polymer optical fibers and the improvement of the weaving technology, the products of the polymer optical fiber will be diversity and easy weaved.
