相变纺织品调温性能的检测与分析

Testing and analysis of phase change textile thermo-regulated performance

摘要: 为了解相变纺织品的调温性能及其检测方法,分别设计了降温和升温两个实验,实验中又分别采用温度变化速率和温度变化时间两种方法对几种相变纺织品的调温性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:降温实验和升温实验得到的实验结果基本一致;温度变化速率法得到的信息更全面,温度变化时间法则较为简便快速,两种方法得到的测试结果与规律基本一致,可视需要选用;与普通纺织品相比,相变纺织品在降温和升温过程中的温度变化均较缓慢,调温性能较好;厚度、紧度等织物规格参数对相变纺织品的调温性能有一定影响。

Abstract: In order to test and analyze the thermo-regulated performance of phase change textiles, cooling test and heating test were respectively designed, and the thermo-regulated performance of some phase change textiles was investigate by two methods (i.e. temperature change velocity and temperature change time ). The results show that the experimental results of cooling test and heating test have basically the same. The temperature change velocity method can get more comprehensive information, and the temperature change time method is relatively simple and fast. The test results of two methods are basically the same and can be chosen according to need. Compared with the normal textiles, the temperature change of phase change textiles during the process of cooling and heating is more slowly, so the thermo-regulated performance is better. The fabric specifications, such as thickness and tightness, have an effect on the thermo-regulated performance of phase change textiles to a certain extent.
