胶原蛋白改性腈纶的染色热力学性能

Dyeing kinetics of collagen modified PAN fiber

摘要: 采用扫描电子显微镜分析了胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维的形态结构。选用阳离子染料红X-GRL对胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维进行了染色热力学研究,绘制了染色吸附等温线,计算了阳离子染料红X-GRL在胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维上的染色亲和力、染色热和染色熵,并与腈纶纤维染色热力学参数做了对比。结果表明,阳离子染料红X-GRL在胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维和腈纶纤维上的吸附等温线同为Langmuir型,其吸附机理为单层、定位、化学吸附,阳离子染料红X-GRL与胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维以库仑力结合;阳离子染料红X-GRL对胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维的染色亲和力以及染色热和染色熵的绝对值都比对腈纶纤维低。研究结果可为确定胶原蛋白改性腈纶纤维染整工艺提供参考。

Abstract: The morphology structure of collagen modified PAN fiber was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. Dyeing;thermodynamics of collagen modified PAN fiber is carried out with Cationic Red X-GRL, including the adsorption isotherm of the fibers,dyeing affinity,heat and entropy, and the data were compared with PAN fiber.The results showed that the adsorption isotherm for Cationic Red X-GRL on collagen modified PAN fiber is a Langmuir-type which is similar to that of PAN fiber.They had much lower dye affinity,dyeing heat and dyeing entropy than PAN fibers when dyed with Cationic Red X-GRL at the same temperature,thus providing some reference for the process design of collagen modified PAN fiber.
