 On-line detection on drafting force of back zone with cotton spinning frame

摘要: 本文是在分析牵伸理论和现有牵伸力检测装置及检测方法上,提供一种在棉纺细纱机后牵伸区测定牵伸力的方法,可以有效的对细纱机后区牵伸力进行在线检测。运用力学分析方法,导出了牵伸过程中后牵伸区牵伸力的数学模型;利用自主设计的牵伸力检测装置在棉纺环锭细纱机上进行了牵伸力检测。结果表明:此检测装置可以反映后区牵伸力的大小及波动情况,为棉纺细纱机后区牵伸力的在线检测、合理选择细纱牵伸工艺参数提供了一种新方法。

Abstract: In this paper, the way and equipment that detects the drafting force of back zone on cotton spinning frame is promoted, on the base of the analysis of draft theory, detected way of drafting force in existence. Using this way, the drafting force of back zone on spinning frame can be detected on-line effectively. By mechanical analysis way, in the course of drafting the mathematical models of drafting force in back zone are educed; the drafting force is detected on cotton spinning frame utilizing detected equipment of drafting force designed by ourselves. Results indicate: this detected equipment can reflect the size and wave circs of drafting force in back zone, provide a new way of on-line detection of drafting force in back zone on cotton spinning frame and choice drafting process parameters in reason.
