Synthesis and adhesion-to-wool of sulfosuccinylated starch

摘要:

为提高淀粉浆料的使用性能,采用不同投料比制备了一系列具有不同取代度的磺基丁二酸酯化淀粉(SSS),并以黏附性为评价指标,研究这种变性和温度对淀粉与羊毛纤维间黏附性的影响。结果表明:磺基丁二酸酯化变性能明显提高淀粉与羊毛纤维间的黏附性;在同样温度下,黏附力随着取代度的增加而逐渐增大;在同样取代度下,黏附力随着温度降低而有所下降,但下降幅度与酸解淀粉相比明显降低;使用取代度为0.036的SSS,可以在50 ~ 65 ℃下显著改善淀粉对羊毛纤维的黏附性。

Abstract:

In order to improve the usability of starch, a series of sulfosuccinylated starch (SSS) with different levels of degree of substitution (DS) was prepared for surveying the effects of starch sulfosuccination and paste temperature on the adhesion to wool fibers in term of adhesion-to-fibers. The results show that starch sulfosuccination can obviously improve the adhesion to wool fibers. The influences of starch sulfosuccination level and paste temperature show significant inlfuence on the adhesion. Under the same temperature, the adhesion increases gradually with the increase in DS. And under the same DS value, the adhesion decreases as the paste temperature reduces, but the reduced trend of adhesion significantly decreases compared with acid-thinned starch. The adhesion of starch to wool fibers can be significantly improved by using the SSS with a DS of 0.036 under the temperature range of 50 ~ 65 ℃.
