双喷静电纺聚酰胺6/聚酰胺66纳米蛛网纤维膜的制备及其空气过滤性能

Preparation of PA6/PA66 nano-nets membranes by double-needle electrospinning and its air filtration properties

摘要:

为提高聚酰胺6/聚酰胺66纳米蛛网纤维膜(NSFM)的过滤性能,采用双喷静电纺制备了聚酰胺6/聚酰胺66纳米蛛网纤维膜,研究了纺丝液中CaCl2的质量分数、电压、环境湿度等参数对蛛网覆盖率及纤维形态的影响;将NSFM与导电布组成复合膜,分析了蛛网覆盖率和NSFM的面密度对复合膜的空气过滤性能的影响。结果表明,CaCl2 的质量分数为2%、纺丝电压为20kV、环境湿度为40% 时,蛛网覆盖率最高;随着蛛网覆盖率的增加,过滤品质因子提高;NSFM 的面密度为0.5g/m2时,复合膜的综合过滤效果最好。

Abstract:

A double-needle eoectrospinning was used to prepare PA6/PA66 nano-net nanofiber membrane (NSFM) for improving the filtration property. The influence of the mass fraction of CaCl2, voltage, humidity and other parameters for coverage of nano-nets and fiber morphology were studied. Then, composite membrane was made by the NSFM and the conductive fabric, the influence of the coverage rate of the nano-nets and the areal density of the NSFM on the air filtering effect was studied. The results showed that when the mass fraction of the CaCl2 powder in the electrospinning solution was 2%, the spinning voltage was 20kV, and the ambient humidity was 40%, the coverage rate of the nano-nets in the nanofiber membrane was the highest. With the increase of the coverage rate of the nano-nets,the increasd of the quality factor of the composite membrane; Meanwhile, when the areal density of the NSFM was 0.5g/m2, the effect of filtering for the composite membrane was best.
