全成形毛衫在双针床电脑横机上的编织工艺

摘要:

为解决目前毛针织行业内普遍存在的用工问题,更好地推广全成形毛衫产品,研究了在目前企业普遍采用的双针床电脑横机上编织全成形毛衫的工艺。阐述与分析了其编织原理,编织顺序以及难点部位的编织方法,并通过实例验证其可行性。最后根据生产数据对于在双针床电脑横机上编织全成形毛衫进行综合评价,认为这种加工方法较传统生产方式在多个环节降低了成本投入,生产效率提高了36%,是未来针织技术发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:

In order to solve the employment problems which were prevalent in the knitting industry and promote the whole garment, the technology of the whole garment on V-bed computerized flat knitting machine which widely adopted in enterprise are studied. This paper described and analyzed the principle ,knitting sequence as well as methods of difficult part, and make sure the feasibility by practice. Finally, the whole garment which were produced on V-bed computerized flat knitting machine are comprehensive evaluated by analyzing production data. Such processing methods than traditional reduce costs in more than one link, and the production efficiency has been advanced 36% . It’s the inevitable trend of knitting technology in the future.
