Influence of based location on structure of female upper garment

摘要:

通过对180名在校女大学生进行人体测量,获得乳房有关数据,简单的变量计算后用模糊C均值聚类方法进行聚类分析,得到BP点在上体中的纵向及横向相对位置。本文采用OptiTex三维服装CAD技术的3D模块进行立裁实验,获得BP点位置变化下的样板后将样板进行叠加分析,总结变化规律。结果显示:BP点纵向位置指标比值j主要为1、1.12和1.24,可看出BP点主要位于肩峰点与腰节点中间偏下的位置.当BP点下移时肩省增加,增加的量平均横向0.6cm,腰省平均横向增加0.6cm;BP点横向位置指标比值k主要为0.9、1、1.1,可看出BP点横向主要是偏离人体中线而靠近人体两侧。当BP点横向变化,腰省和肩省省尖左右移动,而省的大小基本不变。

Abstract:

This paper makes 180 female college students measured to get the relative data of the chest ,and then makes use of fuzzy c-means clustering method to analyze the calculated variable to obtain the location of BP point in the upper longitudinal relative position and lateral position. The text uses the 3-D module of the OptiTex 3D garment CAD technology to make the three-dimensional cutting experiment to get the sample plate under the change of BP position, and analyzes the superposition sample plate to summarize the change rule. The result shows that the BP longitudinal position indicator ratio j main points to 1, 1.12 and 1.24, it can be seen that the BP point mainly lies in the middle and lower position between shoulder peak point and waist node. When the BP point moves down, the shoulder dart increases by the amount of the average transverse 0.6 cm. And the waist dart adds the amount of the average transverse 0.6 cm too. The BP lateral position indicator ratio k main points to 0.9, 1, 1.1, and it can be seen that the BP point mainly close to the body two side. Along with the BP point lateral variation, the shoulder dart and the waist dart move around, but the size of dart basically remain unchanged.
