青年女性臀凸曲线及裤装后片结构分析

Analyses on young female's hip convex curve and trousers'  back part of structure

摘要:

为使下装设计更加合体,本文通过三维人体扫描仪对200名在校女大学生进行测量,获得有关臀部数据,运用spss数据分析软件对不同的臀部特征(主要是臀凸形态和后臀沟曲线凹凸程度)进行聚类,最终获得四类不同臀沟曲线造型;利用OptiTex三维服装CAD技术得到不同臀型的虚拟模特;通过立裁实验获得后裤片原型样板,通过对不同样板的叠加、对比测量样板之间的变化,分析不同臀部曲线对样板省量的增加、后裆曲线的弯曲度以及重要工艺点的位移变化的影响,总结平面结构变化规律,对裤装的合体性设计与特殊体型的样板结构修正具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:

n order to making the bottom design more fit, in this paper, based on the non-contact 3 d body scanner measure 200 female students from college, getting the design data relation to hips bottom design. Using the SPSS data analysis software to clustering different hip shape (mainly the shape of hip convex and its curve extent);Then using OptiTex3-D CAD to establish different models which have different hip convex, then suing three-dimensional cutting with these models getting different body pants pattern. Through comparing and measuring these patterns, analyzing the effect of different hip convex on pattern, such as the change of boilerplate’s province, the curve bending of crotch and the displacement changes of important technological points. At last, summarizing the rules of structure change which will has important guiding significance to the pattern design for special shape.
