摘要:

针对太阳能资源无法得到合理应用和老年人冬季保暖需求的现状,对太阳能在服装方面的利用情况进行总结。采用人体工程学的思维方法、人机交互的理念,利用柔性非晶硅薄膜太阳能板的特点,把柔性太阳能板、碳纤维USB发热膜、多功能USB 插口和智能温控器等装置组成一个生态化的电路平衡系统。围绕此系统,设计开发了时尚、功能性完备的老年保暖充电服装。结果表明:在具有柔性非晶硅薄膜太阳能板的老年服装中,碳纤维USB发热膜能在几分钟之内快速升温到人体舒适状态,对人体不会造成伤害,并且多功能USB 插口可为不同型号的电子产品充电,为老年人的多维度需求提供了选择。

Abstract:

In view of the current situation of no reasonable application of the solar energy resource and the demand of the elderly to winter warm keeping, the utilization situations of clothing are summarized, and a flexible solar panel, a carbon fiber USB heating film, a multifunctional USB socket, an intelligent temperature controller, etc. are combined to constitute an ecological circuit balance system by adopting eronomic thinking and man-machine interaction, and on the basis of the flexible amorphous silicon thin film solar panels; and based on the system, fashion and functional warm keeping charging clothes for the elderly are designed and developed. The results show that in the clothes for the elderly having the flexible amorphous silicon thin film solar panels, the carbon fiber USB heating film can quickly heat up to a comfortable state for human body within a few minutes, the clothes cause no harm to the human body, and the multifunctional USB socket can charge different types of electronic products to provide a choice for the multi-dimensional needs of the elderly.
