长毛绒纬编针织物编织效果预测及其数字化设计

摘要:

针对长毛绒纬编针织物生产中的吃毛不匀问题,提出一种纤维编织效果预测及补偿方法。通过研究纤维从毛条喂入梳理头到织针钩取编入织物的转移过程中纤维质量的变化关系,建立纤维转移模型;提出纤维量偏移方差作为指标评价长毛绒织物编织均匀度及提花准确性;根据长毛绒编织机及梳理头工作机制,设计长毛绒纬编针织物数字化设计系统及对应的数据解析算法。在此基础上,提出纤维补偿、纤维质量可视化方法。运用所开发的设计系统,可预测和显示编织效果,并对织物进行补偿。长毛绒织物设计算例表明,补偿后织物纤维量偏移方差下降 90.92%,编织品质提高。

Abstract:

For the fiber uneven density problem of high-pile knitting fabric, a method for predicting the fiber mass and compensating the error between the predicted result and design was proposed in this paper. Fiber mass changing was studied from the  feeding into carding unit to the hooked by a needle. Furthermore, a fiber transfer model was built. The fiber mass error variance was set up as the indicator of evaluating high-pile knitting fabric quality for product evenness and accuracy. According to the working principle of the high pile circular knitting machine and its carding unit, a digital design system and its pattern data analysis algorithm were designed. Based on it, error compensation and knitting result visualization methods were proposed. Using this system, the prediction results can be displayed. A fabric design case result shows that after system compensated, the fiber mass error variance of fabric is reduced by 90.92%, showing the fabric improvement in knitting quality.
