摘要: 介绍了一种复合土工膜水力性能测试仪的设计原理和方法。该测试仪通过RS-485总线连接上位机与89C52单片机 (下位机 ) ,实现了复合土工膜水力性能测试 ,下位机可完成自动加压和对压力、水量、时间的测定。上位机与多个下位机通讯对其采集的数据进行整理、制表打印、显示存储 ,提高了测量精度 ,减少了测试时间。并对影响测量精度的一些因素进行了讨论

Abstract: Design principle and method of a waterpower test instrument for composite geomembrane were described.Waterpower test for com posite geomembrane was realized by linking master computer to slaver 89C52 singl e-chip computer with RS-485 bus.Single-chip computer could control pressure a nd measure hydraulic pressure,water volume and time.The master computer could pr o cess collected data,print reports and draw curves as well as display and save th e result through communicating all slaver computers which improve the precision and efficiency of measurement.Some factors affecting the precision of measuremen t were also discussed.
