摘要: 用台式投影仪、电子扫描显微镜、锋利度测定仪等实验仪器 ,对涤纶短纤维切断刀的失效原因进行了研究。结果表明 ,化纤生产中 ,纤维对硬质合金切断刀的磨损不是影响切断刀钝化的主要原因 ,刃口上产生的微缺口 ,导致了化纤切断刀的最终失效。

Abstract: Studied the failure of hard alloy cutter blades with table projector, SEM and sharpness tester.The results show that the wear of cutting edge is tiny a nd generated a lot of small notches on the cutter edges during the production o f cut fibers.These notches reduced the sharpness of cutter blades serivously and resulted in failure of blades as contrasted with wear.
