丝素改性聚氨酯膜及其表面性质

Polyurethane membranes modified with silk fibroin and their surface properties

摘要: 以再生丝素蛋白和液状端异氰酸酯基预聚物为原料 ,使预聚物在丝素膜界面发生化学反应 ,再通过控制相对湿度和溶解条件 ,制备了丝素改性聚氨酯膜。用SEM、ATR FTIR和X 射线能谱分析了膜的表面性质。结果表明 :经过上述工艺处理后 ,丝素蛋白已接枝在聚氨酯膜的表面 ;丝素改性后 ,聚氨酯膜不仅表面亲水性提高 ,而且仍具有良好的柔韧性和一定的透汽性。

Abstract: The polyurethane (PU) membranes modified with silk fibroin(SF),made from SF protein and liquid prepolymer with terminal\|isocyanate groups,were obtained by the process of prepolymer having reaction on the surface of SF membranes and then controlling the moisture of system and the solution conditions.Analized the surface properties of membrane by SEM\,ATR\|FTIR and X\|ray energy spectrometer.The results showed that SF was grafted onto the surface of PU membranes;PU membranes modified with SF have good flexibility as well as their hydrophilicity was improved,and certain water vapor permeability.
