二种特殊真丝绸的环保型精练工艺

Degumming process with environmental-protection effect for two kinds of special silk fabrics

摘要: 探索了天然黄色真丝绸和粗纤度真丝绸的高温高压环保型精练工艺。实验结果表明 :高温水精练是一种高效快速的精练工艺 ,在有效脱胶的基础上 ,有利于丝胶回收和环境保护。其中天然黄色真丝绸的最佳精练工艺为 120℃、30min、浴比 1∶100 ;粗纤度真丝绸的最佳精练工艺为 120℃、60min、浴比 1∶300。

Abstract: The degumming process at high temperature and pressure with environmental_protection effect for the natural yellow silk and coarse denier silk fabrics was searched.The experiments show that the degumming process in distilled water at high temperature for silk fabric is an effective and fast process which is benefit for both sericin recovery and environmental protection,based on effective degumming.The optimum process of natural yellow silk fabric is conducted at 120℃ for 30 min with the material to liquor ratio at 1∶100,the coarse denier silk fabric at 120℃ for 60 min with the material to liquor ratio at 1∶300.
