圆盘式旋流纺纱方法

摘要: 提出一种新型纺纱方法 ,即圆盘式旋流纺纱。介绍其工艺流程、机构设计 ,包括梳辊牵伸机构、斗式纤维传送机构、圆盘式纤维集聚机构及旋流加捻机构 ,并对该纺纱方法所纺纱线的性能进行了初步测试与分析。对比扫描电镜的照片 ,发现圆盘式旋流纱的外观形状与转杯纱线接近 ,内部成纱结构却与喷气纺纱相似 ,纱线呈包缠真捻。与环锭纱相比 ,圆盘式旋流纱断裂强力略小、断裂伸长不匀率较大 ,其余指标基本接近。

Abstract: Disc swirl spinning was put forward as a new spinning method,which included combing roller drafting device,fibers'funneled transporting device, disc fibers-converging device and swirl twisting device.Disc swirl spinning process and mechanism design were introduced,and the yarn performance was elementarily tested and analyzed.The SEM photo of disc swirl spun yarn was compared with those of air-jet spun yarn and rotor spun yarn.It was found that the appearance of disc swirl yarn is similar with that of rotor yarn while the inner structure of the disc swirl yarn is similar with that of the air-jet yarn and the yarn is wound by true twist.The breaking strength of disc swirl core spun yarn is a little lower than that of the ring core spun yarn,while breaking elongation CV(%) is higher.The rest performances of the two yarn are similar.
