摘要: 采用扫描电子显微镜法和透射电子显微镜法对聚丙烯(PP)中空纤维膜的层结构和微孔结构进行了微观观测,测得膜式氧合器用PP中空纤维膜的主要结构特征为:中空纤维属于不对称膜;其横断面分为2层,皮层为多孔结构,支持层为海绵状结构;皮层为开放式表面,由很多不规则长条状微孔组成;微孔分布具有方向性,沿纤维轴向排列;孔的整体分布比较均匀,分布比例较高。这种结构特征确保了膜式氧合器氧合功能的顺利实现,并可有效避免血浆渗漏。

Abstract: The layer structure and the microstructure of PP hollow fiber membrance were observed by SEM and TEM,and the main structure feature of microstructure of PP hollow fiber membrane used in MO was obtained.The features of PP hollow fiber membrane are that the hollow fiber membrane is nonsymmetrical and the section of the hollow membrance include two layers (cortical layer and bolster layer).The cortical layer has many holes and the bolster layer is sponge structure.The surface layer with opening surface is composed of many irregular microporous.The microporous' arrangement is directional. And they array along with the axis of the fiber.The whole distributing of the porous is even and has high percentage.This structure feature assures that function of MO could be attained successfully.And it can avoid the penetration of the plasma.
