摘要: 为了使现有的纺织品负离子测试装置更能满足精确测试负离子浓度的要求,对其进行了改进。通过分析纺织品产生负离子的特点以及该测试装置的工作原理,并结合静电分布实验,提出纺织品负离子测试中的静电问题及采用静电屏蔽措施消除静电的影响,通过实施静电屏蔽前后的对比实验,论证了屏蔽措施的可行性、有效性,改进后的测试装置能更有效地测试纺织品的负离子性能。

Abstract: The aim of the study was to improve a measuring apparatus,which could be used to examine the concentration of negative ions for textiles,so that it is logical to use the apparatus.By analyzing the characteristic of negative ions generated by textiles and the operation principle of the apparatus,and combining with performing an experiment on electrostatic distribution,the problem of electrostatic interference generated in textile negative-ion measurement was presented.With the proper metallic shield,electrostatic interference was eliminated,and the effect of shielding was demonstrated by experiments.It is logical to use the improved apparatus to measure the property of negative ions for textiles.
