摘要: 从纤维的含油率、环境的温度、湿度、磷酸酯盐类结构等方面对油剂摩擦性能的影响进行研究;阐述涤纶短纤维在纺纱加工各工序中可纺性与油剂性能的关系。指出油剂处理短纤维的主要目的是使纤维的摩擦因数保持在适宜的范围内,以此缓和由于未经处理的纤维表面的不同性状所引起的加工性能的波动。

Abstract: The influences of OPU, environmental temperature and humidity, the structure of phosphate salts on fiber frictional property were determined.The correlation between spinnability and the properties of finishes was concluded.It was presented that the spinning finishes can keep the frictional property in an optimum range to lessen the process fluctuation causing by uneven surface of naked fiber.
