摘要: 生物活性陶瓷纤维在组织工程领域有着广泛需求。借助于蚕丝纤维的物理化学性质,采用溶胶凝胶法制备羟基磷灰石浆料,使其粘附于经过系列处理的蚕丝纤维上并固化,通过合理地设计陶瓷烧结工艺,制备出具有较好取向度的生物活性磷酸钙陶瓷纤维。

Abstract: Bioactive ceramic fiber has widely demands in tissue engineering.In virtue of physical and chemical properties of silk,the preparation of hydroxyapatite slurry by using sol-gel method and to adsorb the slurry on surface of silk treated by a series of disposals and simultaneously to be consolidated on the surface were studied.Subsequently the bioactive calcium phosphate ceramic fibres with preferable tropism were prepared through reasonable design of sintering process of ceramic.
