摘要: 介绍了电脑横机的工作原理及编织过程中对横机各部件的动作要求,提出采用32位处理器ARM和群组单片机作为嵌入式全自动横机的主控制和从控制,通过并行数据总线和地址总线使主控和从控达到协调配合,实现嵌入式全自动横机的控制,对所研究的全自动横机控制系统的关键技术予以分析和阐述。

Abstract: This paper discussed the working principle of the flat knitting machine and the operational requirements of each component during knitting.A 32-bit ARM microprocessor and groups of MCU were suggested as the main control unit and hypotaxis control respectively,and the coordinated working of them were effected by the parallel data bus and address bus,thereby realizing fully automatic control of the knitting machine.The key technologies of the auto knitting machine control system under development were presented.
