摘要: 选用自制的一种特殊涤纶纤维湿法非织造布和机织物分别为单层材料,采用射流缠结方法将二者复合在一起,试制出了一种新型复合材料,对其力学性能进行了测试和分析,表明复合材料比复合前的机织骨架材料具有更好的拉伸断裂性能、抗撕裂性及耐顶破性能。

Abstract: A new composite material was manufactured with the woven fabric and wet-laid polyester non-woven by spun laced process.The mechanical properties of the composite were tested and the results indicated that the composite has better breaking tenacity,tear resistance and bursting strength than those of the woven fabric.
