摘要: 喷气纺第二喷嘴的结构参数主要包括喷嘴长度、喷嘴内径、喷孔角度、喷孔数目、喷孔直径和吸入口内径等,分析讨论了各参数与成纱强力的关系,并通过实验找出了较优的参数。

Abstract: The second nozzle structural parameters of air-jet spinning machine mainly include the nozzle length,nozzle inside diameter,jet orifice obliquity,jet orifice number,jet orifice diameter,and inside diameter of yarn intake.This paper discussed the effect of these structural parameters on yarn strength and presented the optimal parameters obtained from experiments.
