芳纶纤维在特殊条件下的强力分析

Tensile behaviour of the Kevlar fiber in critical environments

摘要: 利用紫外线及一定浓度的硫酸、烧碱、盐溶液在一定的温度条件下分别对芳纶纤维进行了处理,分析研究了处理后纤维的强力变化。芳纶纤维处理后强力均有一定程度的下降。研究结果表明,经过5 h的紫外线辐射,芳纶纤维的强力有显著的下降;芳纶纤维在质量分数为0.5%的硫酸溶液中浸泡1周后,纤维强力的减少是明显的;经质量分数为2%的烧碱溶液处理1周后,纤维的强力有十分显著的下降;经过质量分数为2%的盐水处理1周,芳纶纤维的强力有了显著的降低。

Abstract: Kevlar fibers were subjected to the exposure of the ultraviolet radiation and the treatment of sulphuric acid,NaOH,and NaCl with various concentrations and under different temperature respectively.Tensile strength of the treated fiber was tested.It was found that the tensile strength of the treated fiber was greatly reduced.The research also revealed that NaOH,sulphuric acid and NaCl solution with certain concentrations would cause serious damage to the Kevlar fiber.
