织机织轴驱动系统的设计

摘要: 电子送经取代机械式送经机构已成为织机发展的主流。介绍了采用步进电机作为送经电机的织轴驱动系统的设计。通过对直流电机、交流电机和步进电机的比较,结合织机的织轴驱动特点,得出选用步进电机有较高性价比的结论。分析了步进电机在织造过程中的加减速控制方法以及步进电机的驱动原理,阐述了织轴驱动系统机械传动的参数计算方法,并以示例进行了说明。

Abstract: It has become a main developing trend of the loom that the electronic let-off mechanism substitutes the mechanical one.This paper introduced the design of the driving system of a warp beam in which a step-motor was adopted as the let-off motor.By comparing DC,AC and step-motors and analyzing the driving characteristics of the warp beam,a conclusion was drawn that a higher performance to price ratio could be got when a step-motor was selected for the warp beam.The accelerating and decelerating of the step_motor during weaving and its driving principle were discussed,and the calculating method for parameters of the mechanical driving system was expounded with examples.
