摘要: 介绍一种基于嵌入式技术开发的全自动横机控制系统,分析电脑横机功能要求和控制系统的实现方式。系统采用一个32位ARM处理器及扩展电路作为横机控制系统的硬件载体,采用μC/OS-Ⅱ作为控制系统的实时操作平台。控制系统采用多任务设计,利用μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统实现任务优先级的调度和任务间的通讯。

Abstract: A new control system of the fully automatic flat knitting machine developed based onμC/OS-Ⅱ embedded technology was introduced,and the functional requirements of the flat knitting machine and execution of its control system were analyzed.This system used a 32-bit ARM microprocessor and an expander as the hardware carriers and theμC/OS-Ⅱas the real time operation system.It adopted the design of multi-tasks,and realized the task scheduler by its priority and communications between tasks with theμC/OS-Ⅱoperation system.
