摘要: 采用一种新的化学镀活化方法,即用棉布吸附的硼氢化钠还原硫酸镍,使镍吸附到棉布上,从而形成活化中心。用扫描电镜和能谱仪对活化后的棉布分析表明:吸附在棉布表面的是镍单质。吸附的镍具有催化活性,能有效引发织物上的化学镀铁镍反应的进行。

Abstract: A new activation method using chemical plating was adopted,i.e.,nickelous sulfate was reduced by NaBH4which had been absorbed on the cotton so that nickel was adhered to the cotton,thus forming the activation center.SEM and EDS studies showed that absorbed on the cotton surface are nickleous monomers that have catalytic activity and can effectively initiate chemical nickel-plating reaction on the surface of cotton.
