织物静态悬垂系数试验时间的确定

摘要: 为了科学地确定织物静态悬垂系数的试验时间,选用自行设计的利用图像技术测试悬垂性能指标的XDP-1型织物悬垂仪,其试样放置方法为试样托盘平稳上升,织物试样自重下垂,能有效地测试1块处于静止状态的织物试样在1个时间序列下的多个静态悬垂系数值。通过对织物静态悬垂系数随测试时间变化曲线的分析,认为试验时间设定为固定时间的规定是不合理的,并提出采用最小试验时间来测量织物静态悬垂系数,这样可提高测量结果的合理性与重现性。

Abstract: To determine the test time of the fabric static drape coefficient in a scientific way,the fabric drape tester XDP-1 was developed,which adopts a drape image test method.Its sample placement in a plate ensures stable lifting while the fabric sample is overhanging because of gravity.The tester can measure many values of the fabric static drape coefficient in a time sequence.Through analyzing the change curves of the fabric static drape coefficient as a function of time,it is considered that the invariable test time of fabric drape is irrational.The minimum test time can be adopted,which improves the rationality and reproducibility of measurements.
