Preparation and characterization of nanosize silver anti-bacterial nonwoven by magnetron sputtering

摘要: 采用磁控溅射技术在丙纶基非织造布表面沉积0.5~3 nm厚的纳米结构银薄膜,实现纺织材料表面抗菌功能化。采用振荡烧瓶法,测试了非织造布基纳米银薄膜样品的抗菌性能;同时利用原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了纳米银薄膜的表面形态。结果表明,随着纳米结构银薄膜厚度的增加,样品的抗菌效果逐渐增强。从纳米银薄膜表面形态结构可以看出,纳米结构银薄膜由极其微小的均匀性较好的粒子组成,基本呈连续覆盖状态,随着溅射时间的延长,纳米银颗粒粒径呈增大趋势。

Abstract: The nanosize silver films with thickness ranging from 0.5 nm to 3 nm were deposited on the surface of polypropylene nonwoven by magnetron sputtering technology to impart it the anti-bacterial function.The anti-bacterial effect of the nonwoven covered with nanosize silver films was measured using shake flask test,and the surface morphology of nanosize silver films was analyzed by atomic force microscope(AFM).The results showed that the anti-bacterial performance was improved gradually as film thickness increased.The AFM images revealed that silver film was formed by nanosize and homogeneous particles,assuming continuous covering state.As sputtering time prolonged,the size of nano silver increased.
