摘要: 棉包涤丝包芯纱的毛羽较多,纱线的结构比较松懈,耐磨性能差,易起毛起球,为使这些问题得到有效的解决,以利于生产花色或混色纱线,通过自行设计的带有沟槽前皮辊的喂入牵伸和张力控制装置,在传统的环锭细纱机上一步纺成具有特殊结构的三组分复合纱线,并对其成纱过程与机制进行分析,提出了影响三组分复合纱线性能的工艺参数。

Abstract: The core_spun yarn,covering polyester filament with cotton, has such problems as much hairiness,relax structure, lowered wear resistance and pilling tendency. To solve these problems and facilitate the production of the fancy yarn or blended color yarn, designed a feeding and tension control device with the front roller with grooves and successfully spun a tri-component composite yarn with special structure by one-step on the traditional ring spinner. On the basis of analysis of the spinning process and mechanism, the technology parameters influencing the properties of the yarn are put forward.
