Post crosslinked copolymethylacrylate fiber and its oil-absorption properties

摘要: 采用潜交联FJLJ代替传统的化学交联剂,将合成树脂溶于二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中配制成纺丝原液,纺丝成形后经后处理赋予纤维三维网状交联结构,制得具有吸油功能的共聚甲基丙烯酸酯纤维(CPMAF)。通过控制共聚单体比例、交联剂含量及交联条件等,可得到对特定油品具有较好吸收性能、较快吸收速率的共聚纤维,该纤维对煤油、甲苯及氯仿等不同油品的最大吸收能力可达8.00 g煤油/g纤维、15.00 g甲苯/g纤维和34.75 g氯仿/g纤维。采用热分析(DMA、TG、DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对成纤聚合物及CPMAF的结构进行了研究。

Abstract: The spinning liquid is prepared by dissolving synthetic resin into dimethyl acetylamide(DMAc) with potential crosslinking agent FJLJ in substitution for traditional chemical crosslinking agent and then spun into fibers.The fibers are treated to impart them three dimensional network structures,thus copolymethacrylate fiber(CPMAF) with oil absorption function is obtained.By controlling the monomer ratio,crosslinking agent concentration and crosslinking conditions,a copolymer fiber which has better absorptive ability and quick absorptive speed for specific kinds of oil is prepared,whose per gram fiber maximum absorbency of kerosene,toluene and chloroform is 8.00 g kerosene/g fiber,15.00 g toluene/g fiber and(34.75 g chloroform/g fiber) respectively.The structures of the copolymer(CPMA) and the fiber(CPMAF) are examined by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
